Working at the field level, he has contributed to data collection, monitoring, and validationg for a range of MORU projects in Bangladesh, including  village mapping with GroupMappers, quantifying the impact of human mobility on P. falciperam burden in the Greater Mekong Subregion, the South and Southeast Asian Community-based Trial Network (SEACTN). His local knowledge, strong negotiation skills and collaborations with local authorities help projects to be implemented efficiently.
